Thanksgiving Delights

On Thanksgiving Day we’re thankful for
Our blessings all year through,
For family we dearly love,
For good friends, old and new.

For sun to light and warm our days,
For stars that glow at night,
For trees of green and skies of blue,
And puffy clouds of white.

We’re grateful for our eyes that see
The beauty all around,
For arms to hug, and legs to walk,
And ears to hear each sound.

The list of all we’re grateful for
Would fill a great big book;
Our thankful hearts find new delights
Everywhere we look!

During this season of thanks, I am reminded that I am thankful to have met you through this interesting blogworld.
My four o'clocks did splendidly this summer! I thought of you every day I enjoyed them.

Thanks for reminding us of all the beauty around us and of just how much we have to be grateful for.

Are those roses still blooming in your garden Marion?
The words of the poem are lovely...delights to be thankful for indeed.
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with the family.
I could copy Dawn's last sentence :) My Four O'clocks did very well too...and brought you to mind daily as they bloomed. I also enjoyed telling friends that the seeds came from my sweet blogfriend in Wales :)
Did you see the pictures I posted of them blooming?

We are still getting lots of roses although the quality is nothing like the summer.
That kitten in your previous post, how precious.
